Hello, its been a while since i didnt post about food. I went to the bakery shop yesterday to get me some cake, but these macarons had caught my attention, they have many colour. but i only pick these 4 macarons.
Do you guys know what macaron is? For those who havent heard about this, it is a sweet food from France. Macaron is a meringue based cake that is usually made with eggwhite, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour or powdered almonds and food coloring. For the filling, it is a buttercream i think.
The texture is crispy on the outside but soft and slightly chewy inside. When eaten, it immediately melts in the mouth.
So in the picture, i have the chocolate macaron, the pineapple one, the blueberry one, and the hazelnut vanilla.
Have you had this macaron before? My favorite is the chocolate one

@sophie09 I did try one years ago but didn't really enjoy it but I'd like to try again as maybe the one I had was just a bad brand. I love how they are all colourful.

I have heard of them, but never got to try one. These I could easily make to fit my diet plan too (just switch the sugar to a sugar substitute). The chocolate sounds great!

Even I would like to have one. How much is the % of Almond in this product? I was under the impression that Almond content is high in it.
