Hypoglycemia

I had never suffered from anything until I was 30 years old, but after my first cesarean, I began to have epiglios of hypoglycemia, which are characterized in: hunger, sweating, dizziness or something of weakness. These are signs of hypoglycemia, that is, low blood glucose levels. it means little glucose, one form of sugar, in the blood. The body needs glucose to have enough energy. After eating, the blood absorbs the glucose. If you eat more sugar than your body needs, your muscles and liver store what you do not use. When the blood sugar begins to drop, a hormone tells the liver to release glucose. So I should always eat small bites a day, always carry in my wallet or bag a candy or something sweet and always eat every so often, legue despite weighing 110 kg and in a matter of a few months lower to 74 kg, the truth is not me It affects a lot only when I eat, I always thought that people could not faint at all as when the telenovelas appear women faint and unconscious, until I happened to me and I could see that you do not really have any notion when that happens to you, some of you suffer from hypoglycemia? tips? suggestions? Natural medicine? everything you can give me on this subject will be well received and put into practice. Greetings to all.

I am very sorry. I have no suggestions. Have you talked to the doctor about it?

if in fact I was already diagnosed, but for that reason, I wanted to know some botanical or natural suggestion, as an alternative to traditional medicine, the "grandmother's remedies" are always good

If we see it in a positive way, you should eat a small bite every so often, which does not or makes it so unbearable for lovers of snacks lol
