Sitting around trying to pass the time

My dad wanted me to go to a 5pm training session with him tonight. I wanted to go this morning and get it out of the way but he insisted I go at 5. Then a friend came over to pick something up at like 1pm so I had to cut short my time at the pool. Suddenly I had a few hours to kill. I've eaten lunch, taken a bath, done a load of laundry, changed the sheets on the bed, and done the dishes. . . and I still have half an hour to go. This is annoying. I am not doing any more evening classes until work starts again. It is much easier to work out in the morning.

There's no point in me waiting during the summer. When I'm working I don't have time to go before work. But now? I can go first thing.

Always best to get workout routines and exercise over with early then you can completely relax.

I feel mentally stronger, first thing in the morning. It would be hard for me to work out at 5:00P, instead of early in the day.
