@Diegojgomez It's pretty common for the first one of the day. Don't get discouraged by it.

This is certainly a problem in many parts of the world, although it is one that could be solved if modern technology is adopted and developed, such as the use of solar power in places where there is a lot of Sun!
Blackouts are rare in my own country (the UK) although not unknown. I remember once having to have a university entrance interview by candlelight - just as my predecessors would have done hundreds of years previously!

@Diegojgomez , Did you know about the black out in New York? A heat wave is happening there and people are using electricity in excess, just to run air conditioning units to survive the heat. It's terrible.

Certainly things would be easier if our nations took that option, solar panels or some option that would damage less to the environment and help us more, unfortunately we have become accustomed to electricity and we need it a lot in everything, candlelight everything would be perfect hehe :)

@lookatdesktop I didn't know about that, but in a way I understand your needs, the heat wave is tremendous, but on the other hand it's catastrophic, the use of so much electricity I don't think is favorable.

Unfortunately it is the reality, any government that does not do its job must leave, no more abuse must be allowed.

Thank God they acted immediately because much of the country was affected, the lack of light affects everything.

What caused the power outage? Storms or something else?

Yes, but it has made us dependent and we have forgotten some fundamental things, surviving and adapting is in our blood is a simple survival instinct and we have even forgotten it.
