Cooked chicken thighs in my slow cooker yesterday. A few of you @garymarsh6 @LindaOHio @LovingMyBabies asked for a photo of the final product. So here you go. The chicken just falls apart in the slow cooker. It was like shredded chicken. Always love using the slow cooker.
There are mashed potatoes underneath all that good gravy. And a biscuit on the side used for sopping. Is sopping a word? Of course it is when you are eating biscuits and gravy.
In case you missed my post from yesterday, I attached a link below.
I used chicken thighs, cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup and onion soup mix. Let it cook on low for about 6 hours. Served with mashed potatoes and biscuits. I only ate half of what is on my plate above. Very filling but delicious.
Wishing you all a great Tuesday. The weather is more comfortable today finally.

@CarolDM The red sauce made me think of barbecue sauce, not spicy. Lol.

@LovingMyBabies I thought it might, not spicy at all.

It's supposed to get to 103 degrees here with a monsoon layer meaning intense humidity.

Looks yummy. Thanks for posting the picture. Yes, the weather has cooled off about 15 degrees. Much nicer.

I use my slow cooker a lot in the cooler months. Not this time of year, though. In the summertime, I grill as much as possible.

Hello! You see a simple dish although with a great investment of time. Can you somehow send me your recipe please?

Sounds a great dish. And I've used 'sopping' from time to time. I'm sure it's a word.
