In India after the independence all the railway lines have been taken over by the Government and they are now nationalized into one railways that is Indian railways!
But despite that we have got one private railway line that is present in Maharashtra state measuring about 189 kilo meters, which runs between Achalpur and Yavatmal!
This is known as Shaku-ntala Railways ans was started in 1903 by an British Company, Central Provinces railway Company!
Have you ever heard about this private railway line?
