I do love playing the piano, when I was young I always listen to instrumental music and the piano always catches my attention because of it I decided to study playing the piano. My parents also enrolled me with violin lesson

It has been decades since I played, but I learned to play trumpet and was fair to good when in school. (me and three others won a medal playing as a quartet at a statewide competition)

That's amazing that you joined a competition! What do you feel after winning a competition?

@IamKYLE Honestly, I didn't like the music that had been chosen for us, and I thought we had done poorly. So I suppose I was a bit in shock over it.

@IamKYLE Flutes must often regulate breathing while the piano does not.

I think flute and piano notes are closed to each other? I think?

@May2k8 Yeah they're different in how to play it but in terms of notes, they're just same.

Why you don't want to play using the big piano?

I used to play piano when I was younger but I was never great at reading the sheet music. I would play by ear. I wish I'd kept up on it, it would be nice to play an instrument.

@IamKYLE I wish I'd spent more time learning how to read the music, though. playing by ear for me was a lot of trial and error :/

@isweartokira I've been like that before and If found it really hard since you're just going to based everything on what you've heard

Don't worry, once you learned it, no one can undo it. You can still play it once you have time

It means you can learn a lot of things without asking? Just simply looking?
