I've been raised not allowed to say bad words.

My parents don't allow me to say any bad words. If my mother hears me speak a bad word, she is going to get mad and spank my mouth for saying it!

I would not spank a person for saying a bad word. Nothing wrong with saying them just can't let it get out of hand.

Same with me. But I never heard from my parents uttering bad words when they get angry.
