What do they think of our situation?

You who live outside our country who think about our situation, if this is resolved with votes? if this is resolved it is with foreign military intervention, or we resolve it ourselves as citizens, if I speak of Venezuela.

the first thing you guys probably should do is decide once and for all who's in charge. and make them do something about the blackouts.
