It's Hard to Keep Waiting....

I have asked my boss to give full-time contract and he is ok with that. But since the company owned by his father, he said he has to get the approval from him. We both still waiting for the approval.... It's hard to wait without any answer.... Getting full-time contract is very important for me to apply PR here in NZ... So I need to get an answer soon or else I will have to quit this job and apply for another. They both are going to China again next week, and I hope to get an answer before that... Fingers crossed......

@amandajay Keep us updated! And in the meantime, it's probably best if you come up with a backup plan just in case they decide not to offer you a full-time contract.
