What do you make of the fake Presidential seal?

So there he is, President Donald Trump, standing in front of a right-wing audience with the official Presidential Seal displayed on the screen behind him.
But wait a minute - how many heads does the American bald eagle have? Just the one? But this birdie has two - just like the eagle that appears on Russia's coat of arms!
And what does the bald eagle hold in its claw? A sheaf of 13 arrows? Or maybe a bag of golf clubs?
The motto - should it be "E Pluribus Unum"? Not - by any chance - the Spanish for "45 is a puppet"?
But that is what it was! Needless to say, somebody has not done their job properly if this piece of mockery was able to get through all the checks that should have been made before appearing behind the President!
Whoops!

The image, apparently, comes from a company selling anti-Trump merchandise ("OneTermDonnie") but quite how it got slipped into the presentation (which was created by an audio/visual team from Turning Point and the hotel) is a mystery. Turning Point - of course - said that it was 'a mistake'. “Somewhere there was a breakdown. I think it was as simple as a rushed move throwing up an image, and it was the wrong one.”
