Well this was a crazy ride

It could have been Champ, but I think it was most likely Pongo. Pongo I knew and loved. Champ was just a dog I'd heard about. Either way, the poor soul lay on the couch, most of his fur around his neck missing. It was evident that he'd been scratching at it, the uncovered skin was inflamed. The dog was also lethargic. I looked over to the woman and nodded my head, yes of course I'd help. I couldn't bear to see an animal in misery, especially if I could do something about it. There was only one problem, I needed more money than I had at the moment. This is only as real as the thoughts inside my head.

We could not know if it was only fantasy should you have not told us.

I kind of like waiting until the end to tell people that it was just a dream / fantasy

@ScribbledAdNauseum Sometimes real life is more weird than fantasy.

Yes. This was just a dream, but the money needed was to get medicine for the dog.

I don't mind admitting that I like to sort of have a little "mystery" when it comes to whether what I've written is real or just based off of a dream. I tried to infer that it was just a dream by my last sentence but I suppose I could have done a better job of that. My writing is very rusty since I haven't really practiced it in quite awhile.

How is this all going to work out?

Well, it ended in an RV park and some mopeds... Someone tried to steal the dog, and there was some old house that looked like it had seen better days. I didn't quite recall enough of that to really make a story of it. This was just a dream, but Champ and Pongo were real dogs. Champ was the family dalmation back in the 70's, and Pongo was the family dalmation (different family) in the early 00's)
