tea or coffee?

who prefer to drink tea or coffee? I have read that both have benefits, personally I like both, but I must confess that I am addicted to coffee, if for some reason I do not take it one day when I wake up, surely in the afternoon I will be bad, the headache is Almost unbearable, I know a lady who, when she doesn't take it, can even have a fever. When I was a child and I saw my mother complain about a headache when I didn't take it, I thought it was a lie ... but now I live it in my own flesh ... what happened to you?

@emmapadrino thats nice. I've heard some stuff here and there about coffee not been healthy or having side effects. I have never really bothered to cross-check since I don't take it. Hope its safe?

I would go for coffee...for my family members are tea drinkers...so it's the majority that always wins...but sometimes..when my mom allows inside the Kitchen to make something for myself...I would make coffee

I am happy with both of them, but coffee, in addition to shooting me, I really need it
