Ever since her Father died of mistaken identity, she was the one who work hard to raise her Family. They have a big Family, she has 4 siblings and her Mom worked as a laundrywoman. She was 20 when her Father died and took the part as the bread winner. She stopped schooling and work at an early age to feed her Family. She said she worked 2 jobs every day. She also said that she can’t take seeing her Mom washing clothes from neighbors to help their Family. When she have the chance to work abroad, she work hard for her Family. For 3 years, she had their house repaired, and got her Mom a simple sari-sari store. And her 3 siblings graduated and some of them with flying colors. She was happy. But then something happened to her. Because of her hard work, her kidney collapse and she got sick. She’s on Dialysis now. I cried when she told us her story. She didn’t even have the chance to have a relationship coz she wants her Family to be stable. So for what she did, her 3 siblings will donate one of their kidney and will help her for Kidney transplant.

That poor woman. She has a loving family to donate a kidney for her. I'd do the same.

I was crying when she said that earlier at the center. She’s new in our center.

These are the many sacrifices people do for family. I wish they could be avoided that such situations never happen but they still do. I guess that's just the way it is.

And the thing is, even if she failed herself coz of caring for her Family. And now it’s for them to pay by being a donor.

That's very sad in many ways but hopefully one of her siblings' kidneys will be compatible and she'll be able to have a transplant.
