Each business has a secret, each fast food restaurant has a secret recipe. What if you found ways to make a lot of money in a legal way. Are you going to share it with your friend or people close to you?

@IamKYLE well, in business there is always competition but I believe in quality of work and service plus loyalty and trust.

What if one day they become your competitor in your business?

@rakski What if they can do more better than your company and its result that your clients will move out their shares from your company and move to someone you helped?

@Janet357 Business can give you stable income if you have your own secret but once you share it that's the time that your business will experience difficulties since you're running the same secret with others that you helped.

Most definitely, because I want my friends and family to succeed and be happy. I know that if they are financially secure it will also make me happy and I won't have to worry whether they are doing ok.

@IamKYLE unfortunately there is always that chance, I would hope I surround myself by honest good hearted people, but money has a way of changing people. Guess it would just have to be a risk I take.

@traceh Right! Money can change people. If you change your secret they can use it against you someday.

@reehamk It's better to have a competitor with a different type of work than having a competitor the same as your company because you're competing by yourself. Do you own a company?

@IamKYLE It's normal to have a competitor, and competitors serve as an opportunity for you to work smarter.

I am always wary of those gurus who claim to have found a foolproof way to get rich, which they are willing to share with you. You bet they have - it's getting mugs to buy their book or go on their expensive online course!

Right! You need to pay for it to learn because if you give it for free then they become your competitor then you'll get nothing

@weevee18 Right! The saddest part is that once your company went down then you apply to their company as there employee of your work

Right! It's good to help others to have a better life but what if one day they're able to establish is well? Better than your own company and you're starting to lose your business because of them?

Depends on what it is... In the case of a secret recipe, I will only share it to the most nearest family or friend to me...

Of course, I'm not that selfish. In fact, in my small food business, I shared it also to my boyfriend because he also need some extra money. We're both students.
