Barefoot Running

I’ve been waiting for almost an hour already here in the park. When I finally decided to look up, I saw this group running barefoot. It’s my first time seeing people run like that. I didn’t know that it’s okay and I didn’t really think of it until now. What about you?

I can only walk barefoot on a whitesand but I make sure I look down to see what I step on, but running barefoot in the park would never be my thing. It's dangerous, we might step on some broken glasses, sharp objects or even animal waste lol

@weevee18 you are right. One can benefit from walking barefoot on the sand.

Walking or running on bare foot has something good for the health. That's what I learned from my friends who work for acupressure alternative medicine. I don't know if it really works for I haven't tried it.

@weevee18 If you dare to run barefooted, I think you couldn't resist the tickling of thr ground, the pebbles, the twigs, the sand or the dry leaves or grasses.

I heard about that that barefoot exercise or barefoot training good for thigh muscles and it's make our legs strong.
