Now 'Talak, Talak, Talak' Won't Work In India To Give A Divorce!

I want to clarify in the very beginning that I am not pleading anything against any religion!
My concern was and is about the women who suffered a lot and suffering a lot because of Talaq-A- Biddat!
Talak -A -biddat is a procedure where a Muslim male can simply give divorce to his wife just by saying 'Talak' which means divorce for three consecutive times.
This can even be done on phones and multimedia also.
Because of this the Islamic women face lot of physical , mental and emotional humiliation in the society as they have practically no place to go once they are getting divorced like this from the husband!
Illiteracy, poverty and fundamentalistic approach my the religious leaders don't allow these ladies to raise their voice against this cruel act.
Now since, Government of India has sensed the gravity of this offense and having realized that this practice is already banned in many Islamic Countries it has banned this and passed a new law that 'Talak,Talak,Talak' said by husband will not lead to divorce any more in Muslim ladies living in India!
This change has been brought about on 30th July 2019 by the Government of India which will be remembered by whole World as a generosity that is shown and shared with the suffering Islamic ladies in India!

@birjudanak , That is nothing new! It is not the pople who shout , it is the political leaders and the religious leaders who have vested interest they create mess and mischief! That is for a while as they know that there is hardly anything they can do now, as they could do nothing in case of GST!

I did not know about this, it is incredible that some cultures refuse to change and keep up with little human practices and that women and children are generally the ones harmed

With the changing times one has to change for the betterment of society! Many practices which were not good for the society have been eradicated in many societies, with a great efforts.
Similarly this change though a new one, but definitely new our country also took some strong opposition , to win at the end of the day in the benefit of women!

@emmapadrino , It is the fistful of greedy and people with vested interests those make the things in the society worst! This thing was nothing but oppression against the women by man so that the women will stay as a slave for them throughout their lives!

@AKRao24 It is very interesting to study history and realize the changes that society has had over the years, we have evolved a lot, it is also good to learn from history so as not to fall into the same mistakes, we can even learn from the history of others countries, although the human being is so strange that he does not learn until he stumbles

It sound right to everyone even for me. It looks empowering to Muslim women. I may not be the right person to comments on this issue. What I understood is Triple talaq was based on their religious norm and however this intentional or un intentional words have been harming many women, which have been discussed broadly in India and other countries. Supreme Court, before passing the Bill itself announce triple talaq will not be valid or considered Talaq. Well, this bill may prevent the numerous number of Talaq among their society
In the bill it says, man will be jailed for 3 years. Here is the negative and positive plays depending on the economic background of women. In case if man is really imprisoned for 3 years and women are not allowed to live in in laws house. what will happen.if she goes to her family. will she will be accepted by family as before what about a social stigma. In case. this happen to under privileged women , who is going to bear the cost during the absence of his husband and how long others' can support, what are the other source of income they would obtained? If women are allowed to live with in laws, there are no guarantee that in laws will treat them properly.
If women is confident and independent spirit person, well supported and good economic background there are chances to improved their life during husband being in jailed. This a chance to improve themselves.
My thought towards the women is, if husbands was jailed for 3 years, return and the behavior towards his wife is still bad and cruel, there are likely to have more domestic violence.. In this case it is better to not to seek correction but legal divorce and live independently
Anyway, let Muslim society alone deal this issues

Yes, the women from Islam were troubled like anything in I(nd9ia in the name of religion and the poor ladies wouldn't say a single word against their respective husbands. Now since the time has changed the women has gathered the courage and they were strong against this law and they could get freedom from this law!
