Yesterday was my daughter in law's birthday! We normally used to celebrate this with great zeal since she has come into our family! But this year she lost her mother some three months back, she was npt in a mood to celebrate her birthday and she told this to my wife after taking her into confidence. She is a doctorate holder and serving as an Asst. Professor in one of the Universities in NCR which is situated near by my place. She promised my wife that she would come to meet us at our place to have blessings from us. She came and stayed for an hour or so at my place. She had some snacks to eat and left our place in the evening bit earlier as the weather was becoming ready to rain. I was really feeling bad about her, though she never expressed any sadness on her face! She left our place and reached her home bit late because of the rain! Today she and my son had an weekly off, so they must have spend their day together!

That is very true! Losing any of the parent is a irreparable loss for one in life! I appreciate her spirit, that despite this loss she is trying to be as normal as she can so that the things won't get gloomy because of her mourning!

Loosing a mother is so sad. She is still grieving her loss and that's why she doesn't feel like celebrating her birthday as usual. I hope she be happy with time.
