She could be normal and not mentally derailed.

I have not seen this woman for years. I just knew she is being holed up in their house to keep her from going astray. She is believed to be mentally derailed . What caused her condition is yet to be determined. The last few weeks she's been visiting the Municipal Hall where I am working and she stays at the lobby and asking for money. What's interesting is she would call me by my first name and knows me well even if we have not seen each other for years. She could recognize me and some people. I pity this woman. She had been brought by her family to the mental institution but was recalled because according to the institution she is not mentally derailed and mixing her with the hard cores may deteriorate her condition.

@amitkokiladitya She's been like that for years, I am not sure if she will ever be cured. Maybe if she gets regular medications.

I really feel sorry for such people. I know 2 persons with agoraphobia and therefore cannot leave the house. Is she a former employee in your LGU?

No she is not. What I've heard of her was she entered a convent many years ago When she got back home she had been acting weird.

that hurts, they should take her to a psychiatrist, maybe it's something emotional and she can continue her life with something more normal

I think they had taken her to the psychiatrist but no relief. I agree with you it could be something emotional or maybe some traumatic experience.

I don't know what to say in this manner. But there was a woman here before who was crazy but i guess she was taken some where else too.

Well, there are few medical conditions that aren't common, though I feel sorry for her.
