Do you like kicking off your shoes and going barefoot? I remember when I was young and being able to run on anything barefoot. These days my feet are a bit more sensitive and can only run barefoot on grass. I have found that during the hot summer weather that just by being barefoot in the house that I'm a lot cooler. What about you? Do you like being barefoot?

Nope. Makes for dirty feet and stepping on sharp things.

I never go barefoot, it is dangerous and it is not good for our spine and our feet.

@1hopefulman It is not, because there are too many dangers even in our home. I woke up a morning due to a thunderstorm, I got up and run barefoot to close a window, there was a flask of water on the ground, if I had my shoes I would have not slipped as I did, almost breaking a arm and injuring my back. Lesson learned.

I actually do like being barefoot. But still, most of the time even when I walk around the house I at least have flip flops on. My feet get too dirty and I don't like that.

I always did growing up, playing in the dirt. But no more, need to protect my feet and with hardwood floors, gotta have support. Even on the beach I would wear some type of sandal.

@profree2019 Then we could handle anything but in our older years we have to be cautious as we can hurt ourselves seriously.

@1hopefulman You are quite right, but tell me if you never enjoyed doing that fun dance when trying to run or walk on muddy and slippery ground. I remember that many times I played football on a floor like that, of course I spent more time lying on the floor than with the ball really, lol.

I read about Grounding/earthing, which sends electrons through our body and helps our immune system. This happens when we have connection with planet earth.. It balances the nervous system and reduces stress etc - but we should avoid places with ticks and maybe other dangers. It seems that there are some products that one can connect with the earth even while we sleep..

Yes, I have heard that too. Today, while waiting for the bus, I shook hands with a tree by shaking a branch gently.

No, I prefer keeping my feet clean. I sometimes walk barefoot in my house after the cleaning lady leaves. I do walk barefoot on the beach, but only along the shore.

I admit it, I am mostly barefoot in my house and on any surface that is pleasant to my foot, but of course, to maintain that comfort with cleanliness we must try to keep at least the clean house and not dirty the bed for example or the sheets or furniture.

@1hopefulman believe me my 4 year old son does not understand that if you like to be barefoot you must follow the impieza rules as in any case, he walks barefoot and so he throws himself into bed turning my sheets into a puddle of mud like peppa pig ahaha

I do! During the summer barefoot or in flip flops all the time in the house. And of course at the beach and outside too (not barefoot, lol). And just the opposite in winter. I find the warmest socks to wear

I don't care, before I couldn't stand wearing shoes, now it's the opposite, my feet hurt just thinking of walking barefoot, I can only do it on the beach, it will be something related to age

I really don't enjoy being barefoot. My feet are very sensitive, I don't even enjoy getting a pedicure because it's actually painful for me! I tried twice and couldn't handle it. Plus, my kids like playing with lego's-ever stepped on one? OUCH!!
