Good for him! It's in a local television show here. They said he accidentally swallowed the fish while biting it. Based on the interview to one of the fishermen, it's an old method of fishing. They use net or hand to fish and then bite the captured fish on its head until it dies. What a brutal way of fishing! They said he's not the only one who experienced it. There were others who also died on the spot after accidentally swallowing the fish. I stopped watching. I was so furious.

This method should be banned, it is cruel and dangerous too.

I agree, but knowing how rules are being implemented here, I don't think it will be banned. People don't learn from their mistakes and will continue with more mistakes. We need an iron fist so people will follow the rules. We have so much democracy that it's already being abused.

@wittynet This is all the time the problem with democracy, people abuse and then nothing works anymore.

@LadyDuck you are correct. When you check on them, they'll get mad. Like for instance, a simple rule in our dormitory is very difficult to follow for most of the tenants. Don't just leave trash in the common dining area. We're provided with big trash bins. But they keep on leaving their trash on the table and wash area. They got mad when someone left notes about it reminding them there's a trash bin. They said the person who left notes does not own the dorm. She's acting as if she owns it. My goodness.
