Junk food or protein? / myLot

What would you call this sort of a meal where you have egg deep fried in safely 20gm oil and pastry with chips and fizzy drink and then comes bread with fiber and more protein. My brother is extra cautious of his diet I just eat it all the way it is be it cause it looks yummy

I'd call it desperately unbalanced with far too much fat, salt and sugar with not nearly enough vitamins, especially Vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants.

@Loverabbit Water does NOT contain Vitamin C! You get that from fresh fruit and vegetables! My brother would call that 'nosh' - a slang word for something junky that you eat only because you're hungry!

Hahaha the diet is quite unbalanced but I don't know what to call this and don't worry there was water for vitamin C I assure you

I have a weakness for junk food; chips, ice cream and soda. I try to limit this during the week, but come the weekend I lose control. I admire your brother's will power.
