Hot Fudge Sundae

Was out and about running errands. Just got home finally where it is cool. So hot out with 95 degrees plus humidity.
I stopped at McDonald's for a quick hot fudge sundae. A nice treat especially in the hot weather.
Hope you are all having a good one. I always appreciate coming home after getting in and out at different stores in the heat. So ready for cooler weather.

no ma'am, but that sure looks yummy! 'twas jest 101 here today, not certain 'bout the humidity?? prolly not very high 's the humidifier here'n the house 's been runnin' purty regular.
's fer that frozen treat. i saw "america's test kitchen" earlier 'n they made a most scrumptous lookin' chocolate semifreddo. wonderin' if'n i can duplicate such - minus the cherry sauce? jest can't do cherries, lol.

@CarolDM yes ma'am. triple digits 'gain today. i can't partake'n lots 'f those places with those yummy treats. most 've gluten (like many ice creams, which i found odd) 'n i've celiac disease. that semifreddo looked mighty good. yup, i bookmarked the recipe'n perhaps'll make some?

@crazyhorseladycx We have overcast now, hoping for more rain maybe. Fingers crossed for you as well. There are lots of gluten free recipies out there.

A hot fudge sundae!!! How scrumptious!!! I haven't had any ice cream lately. We stock up on lactose free Breyer's Vanilla Ice Cream. (They're always out of chocolate) I can eat other ice cream if I load up on the lactose pills.

I had this hot fudge sundae at McDonalds last in June when I went out to treat my friends on my wedding anniversary. I do not get sweet treats easily due to diabetes. The last ice cream I had was couple of weeks back with friends and family. I think that was my last treat with sugar in it.

A sundae can be good to ease the hot feeling due to the weather there. As of now, it is a no - no for me unless it is non-sweetened or if they used natural sweetener and no carbs in it.
