Patients who using standard insulin doses must be contain carbohydrate with their diet. It should intake with meal of with snacks. A patient who injects insulin the goal is to intact insulin with their lifestyle. This is including physical activity and food habit. Patients should adjust the premeal insulin when a meal is delayed or the fat content is high. They should take additional insulin for snacks that are not part of the daily meal plan. Carbohydrate has the great impact on blood glucose levels.
Depression is more common among patients with diabetes than it is in the general population. Stress and depression can a negative involving on peoples concentration, energy and self-efficiency.
Stress is also higher the blood sugar levels, increase risk of complication and poorer quality of life. Physicians can identify patients in their practices who suffer from diabetes related stress and depression.

Hypertension is common disease But diabetes is very hard to control - Diabetes doing it's work inside our body without any issue and it increase slowly and become high disease.
