Who talks to herself.
There are days that I feel like talking to myself.
Especially when stress is too much to handle.
Since I’ve been stuck here (for long now) inside my room with my phone and laptop who’s always been there to help me outside.
I ask and then answer my own self.
Maybe some of you will misunderstand me of like I’m going crazy. But it helps me somehow to face my demons.
Photo is me.

My grandma lived out in the country, all alone. She would talk to herself, because Grandma was lonely, she didn't have many people to visit with. We use to smile and kid around, when she did this. Now, I'm a 67(68 next month)Grandma, who does the exact same thing! I talk to myself or to Kobe, if we're outside together. No, you're not going crazy! You are lonely, that's all

I do a lot of self talk in mind. I might not be verbal. But yes I do it many a times especially when in stress or feeling alone.

@JustBhem Yes it does and I think it's healthy too. Helps you vent out and stay calm.
