My laptop isn’t working

I often have to reset my wifi. It just goes off for no good reason. I look it up when I have a computer problem and find out how to fix it. Wiki How has really good explanations of things to do with computers and phones. There are steps with photos. A search will bring up a list of other places to learn.

You may have to reset everything. It probably won't be too hard to fix.

the system probably errored and dumped your wifi settings..if system restore doesn't work,you can always go to staples and get an external usb wifi card.they mainly sell those to upgrade older computers that weren't wifi enabled.

I feel you. mine isn't working too! hehe I am using an external keyboard.

Before all that try to do a restart a restore is a bit drastic. And if continues should be some kind of message why its not working. Always a crap shoot there though because so generalized but sometimes could be a simple thing and go OK i can fix that.
