Can you imagine feeling like a dog with a chain and a muzzle?

I guess you can't imagine it, and this is obvious because there is no motivation for such a thing. But I must tell you that I feel that way.
I was on Thursday 8 of this month, finishing doing some pending tasks in the house, after which I would take a bath and sit in front of my PC to answer some comments from you my dear myLot friends, and to read and Comment on some of your contributions. This could not be possible, and I apologize to you for failing you and it happens that as a rare thing in my beautiful country, where everything can happen there has been a blackout again, which we are already accustomed to.
As you understand, having no electricity, I do not have access to the Internet either so I could not connect at the scheduled time. The electric service was restored as at 11:30 pm and I was happy. I got out of bed and said "to recover lost time" both in myLot and in other pages I work. But it turns out that although the electric service was established, the internet did not do it and it is this afternoon as at 5:00 pm when it is restored. What a disappointment, it is by so I say that I feel like a dog with a chain and muzzle, I do the comparison, because I imagine that this is how poor dogs feel with so many limitations to their freedom.
Again a thousand apologies to those who did not respond. I will try to do it now (if there is no blackout). LOL.

Thanks friend. It's because I think that whoever answers or reads me deserves a lot of respect.

lol, it happened sometimes here in our country, but you know what in my part i'm happy when we don't have electricity (ofcourse when i don't have to do things using electricity) because my husband and my kids will be disconnected when their using too much from the internet, and will divert to other things to do such as family bonding time, so it's not really a bad thing when yuo don't have electricity, just think and look for other worth while things to do.

Ha ha ha, my dear friend you make me laugh, but not in a mocking tone, but it seems funny to me, because the first days that the power cut lasted more than 7 days, in our house we did something that we had many years without to do, we played scrable, monopoly, dominoes, and other board games, it really allowed a little bit of uniting the family in other things that had been left behind. But now that the situation is continuing, it's not funny.

@profree2019 It seems sometimes that we are under the mercy of the electric service. We cannot do a lot of things normally without electricity and lately internet.

I can relate you. Sometimes I stuck in my own house because of rain without electricity and Wi-Fi. And obviously it feels like a dog with a chain and a muzzle.
