Working overnights again

A few months ago my work hours got shifted to second shift instead of overnights. Now I got shifted back to 12 hour overnights. The Work hours I like. But I have not gotten able to get my off work hours settled. I find I want to sleep longer hours and feel lonely wondering around a quite house when the rest of the family is sleeping. I don't remember if this is how I felt the last time I was on these hours I find the only bonus to these hours is the dogs like to wonder with me.
