I would think a women in a saree, they are very alluring. Shorts bare too much and give too much away!

It has to be the lady in the saree. There is nothing sexier than seeing all those layers of chiffon softly ruffling as a lady walks around demurely.
Also the saree does a wonderful job of showing off a lady's lovely curves while still giving her adequate coverage. Fantastic!
