A great low-carb snack

I was hungry but didn't want to eat carbs like bread or popcorn for a snack. I decided to have an old standby: celery with almond butter. It is one of the snacks approved by the owner of my gym for his detox diet and also fat blast program.
I don't particularly love celery sticks on their own but put some almond butter on them and they become a delicious treat! I don't worry much about the fat calories/grams. My trainer (the owner) has us focusing much more on unnecessary carbs instead of needed fats.
I had 1 stalk with probably 2 tablespoons of almond butter. It was delicious! I'm definitely going to have this as a mid-day snack when I go back to work. So good!

I love celery sticks with almond butter! Also, cream cheese is another favorite I love on celery.

Does almond butter have less carbs than peanut butter? I was looking at it when I went to Costco..calorie wise, it was a bit higher than peanut butter.
