I have used Coconut oil for many years If you live in a place where it is used a lot, you may know what benefits it can do for your health.
Even in countries with a cold climate, it is available as cold pressed organic oils and also for us it is helpful to keep us healthier, our teeth cleaner and our skin smoother..

I love coconut oil-I use it mostly to keep gnats away since they are really bad here. Works wonders!! =)

They might be healty oils too, in salads - but at least coconut oil can be heated.. maybe there are other oils too that can be used for cooking..

@buenavida No, they don't grow here. They possibly grow in the north of Queensland but that's on the other side of the country.

Yes - some oils can't be used to cook but coconut is good even if heated..
