I have used Coconut oil for many years If you live in a place where it is used a lot, you may know what benefits it can do for your health. Even in countries with a cold climate, it is available as cold pressed organic oils and also for us it is helpful to keep us healthier, our teeth cleaner and our skin smoother..
Coconut oil offers an impressive list of health benefits and uses many may not be aware of.

I love coconut oil-I use it mostly to keep gnats away since they are really bad here. Works wonders!! =)

Here it is rare to find coconut oil. The normal oil for us is the peanut oil, corn oil, sunflower seed oil and so on.

They might be healty oils too, in salads - but at least coconut oil can be heated.. maybe there are other oils too that can be used for cooking..

I use it on my toast and bagels in place of butter. I want to include it in more of my cooking though so I can get more of the health benefits from it.

@buenavida No, they don't grow here. They possibly grow in the north of Queensland but that's on the other side of the country.

Yes - some oils can't be used to cook but coconut is good even if heated..
