Chicken in mushroom sauce for dinner.

I just turned off the range. The chicken is cooked and the house is filled with a delicious aroma.
I did not know what to eat today and tomorrow so I got out of the freezer 3 chicken thighs. Chicken is always handy. But I did not know what to do with it until I looked some mushrooms that I bought on sale the last time I was at the supermarket.
I searched then the pantry and there was some cream there. The cream was past its prime and nearing expiration date, but I did not mind. I only worry about that on antibiotics.
So I simmered the chicken, adding a bit of dry white wine and it is perfect. In a while I´ll cook some rice to go along with it.

I love rabbits. But I prefer them the way my grandmother cooked them, with some vinegar, onions and sweet peppers.

@marguicha me too, if I will choose between pork/chicken or fish. Fish is always the first choice.
