Phew ! Well, today was pretty easy. The lady I usually work with the preschoolers with called not long after I got to work (I noted when I walked in that my boss was with the kids) to say she couldn't come in. My boss asked me if I was okay with the children myself, so that she could go and get some office/etc. work done, I said I was, so off the day went. As it turned out, a lot of children had either left for kindergarten, didn't come on Friday (particularly the children who cause most of the problems), and to top it off I think we only had at the most seven children in the preschool room. So, I did most everything myself child-wise, and it went pretty well. As my boss put it, I "rocked it". Next week, my boss wants me there all week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:pm. That is fine. I could always use the money. So, after most of the week off of work, now I have the weekend. I guess Angel did not like me leaving after being with her all week, 'cause when I got to the front door to unlock it I could hear her on the other side throwing a fit whining. When I got in she ran away from the door and did one of those circle around things on her bed. I guess she was happy to see me. I've fed her, so now I am going to check the temperature and probably take her for a walk. I hope that you've all had a great day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !
