With so much to do with so little time, perhaps an unattached person will have a better chance to experience most of this life has to offer. Maybe the key is to stay busy every hour or minute of the day, so loneliness will not set it. Also having close family ties and friendship will make up for all the interactions and emotional ups and downs. Marriage is a life long work. Fusing two different people together into one common goal or purpose is a noble pursuit. However, given the short human life span, there might not be enough time to see that pursuit into fruition without sacrificing all the other things in life.
