How is Facebook Workplace different from actual Facebook?

Yes I have used Facebook workplace. I think while there is not much difference in these two, the way notifications appear differs. I have not got inbox messages in FB workplace, but looks like the format is different. For finer differences, I would have to launch both and capture the screenshots.

I hear for Marketplace but not for Workplace.
