@TheHorse Not all day but every now and then I turn things off and enter offline-zone. Have started also leaving the phone behind 'cause I'm so fed up with other people being stuck on their phones. Also preparing for long discussions tomorrow morning: you can survive without being onine all the time. Even though you're 16, it's possible. They really should be made to be offline for a week (at least). It's a bit annoying that people freak out when they can't reach me. It's OK when I'm working, but they can't understand why I don't want to be reachable all the time. *grumble* Feeling old and grumbly this morning *grumble grumble*

@Torunn Oh, I'm the same way. I have only a dumb phone and rarely carry it around with me. I hate seeing people walking around glued to their phones. Research is already showing a relationship between cell phone use, social anxiety, and depression.

Why will you be offline?

Does it change? Or do you know where you'll get good reception?

@TheHorse some moments it works these days and some it doesn't. I called Xfinity and reported the issue with the hotspot. Supposedly they are going to "look at it". If it isn't fixed soon I will have to officially sign up for internet service which I am trying to avoid.

@NJChicaa Maybe that's what Xfinity wants. I don't trust those guys.

I think this is the second one I've gotten since I returned from Montana. No biggie--I just carry on.

@TheHorse Yeah, that's great. And I like when half the sky is blue and the other half is dark and swirling. It is like two different worlds colliding.

I like it when the sun is high and you get shadows under the clouds. It's a different effect!

I love it when clouds have shadows on the bottom. They just look so striking. I think I took this slightly into the sun, so I had to hold my left hand over the camera to avoid glare.

@TheHorse I do too, I have so many paper photos of my trip in Nevada.

Maybe I'll do a "cabin project progress update" post. You know Iike doing that with my speakers as I restore them. I get all "into" my projects.
