What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm having leftover Picadillo Empanadas from Pati's Mexican Table cookbook and Mexican Crazy Street corn (from the same book). I don't have a huge appetite tonight so that will probably be it.

I have no idea because I am having a late lunch a bowl of raw veggies, no sauce or dressing just a little salt.

The best part of supper tonight was that I didn't have to cook it, and we ate with our son, his wife and her mother.
We ate out on the beach not far from her lake house, we had fresh perch dinners and fries.
Fresh fish eaten on the water just couldn't be any better of a meal.
