I have been on intermittent fasting for more than a year. 6 hours eating windows. Often, I only eat once a day. I am a pescetarian but also consume dairy. My energy level has been great. My weight is very stable. It seems to work fine for me. Also, the convenience it offers is excellent.

I am also eating once a day, usually between 3-8 PM and am a raw foodist, eating only fruits and vegetables most of the time. So far, so good!
