Baked Pork Chops for Dinner

Usually I will have a light dinner. Today I decided to bake some pork chops. I will use bread crumbs on each one. I like them to be crispy. Then I will fix mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. I will pass on the bread.
Have not been eating big meals lately. Looking forward to this one. Hopefully it will only take 30 minutes or so for the oven to be on, then I can turn I off. It is so hot, I limit the time the oven is on this time of year.
Dinner plans anyone?

wish i'd come to yer place fer supper, lol. made mini meat loaves here out'ta ground chicken (shocker - the hubs ate such 'n claimed 'twas good), what few green beans obtained from the garden 'n some hominy.

yes ma'am, quite tasty. i fear there'll be none fer cannin' this year. the grasshoppers've mowed down the last 'f the plants. pesky, destructive lil critters... tried e'er concoction to stop 'em outside 'f poison (which'd be detrimental to all the insects) to no avail.

I had some leftover mozzarella sticks from our appetizer from yesterday and a container of yogurt. Weird, I know. My husband loves baked pork chops.

Your supper sounds delicious.
We used to eat a lot of pork chops when we were first married, and I think that we ate so many of them that we got tired of them. I cannot remember the last time we've had any.
We had chicken club wraps for supper tonight with homemade mac and cheese.
