It is always nice to feel my muscles before, during and after work out. It is not about body building but just staying fit and feeling good. My favorite is the pistol squat and shrug. Also the sauna bath is amazing, then massage chair to relax before going home.

I love a sauna bath and a massage. But no exercise for me. I'm such a lazy person.

maybe once you see exercise not as work but rather play, you will find it difficult to be lazy. The trick is for you to give exercise a try, at the start it will feel like work, but later on, it will become a play. I've been doing this for more than a decade, it is a lifestyle, i don't even think about it, i just do it.

@rossmy I used to go cycling. Not the cycling that you do when you're just strolling around the park. I go for 60km distance with an average of 35kmph speed. I did yoga before. I know very well how it is to exercise and how it feels and I'm just not into it. I like doing random things at my own pace. I do things when I like it and when I enjoy it. I was never fat my entire life. I'm as fit as a fiddle but I won't say I'm healthy. I eat whatever I want and as much as I want and I don't gain weight. The closest to exercise I get these days is bringing my dog out for a ten minute walk sometimes less and shopping.

It could make your body better by following your healthy lifestyle, I like outdoor cycling.
