How many of you have been to Las Vegas?

I was there twice. The first time I lost weight and went shopping. The 2nd time I went and cannot remember what did but I loved visiting Vegas. It is a great place to watch people and it is always open.
So, for those that have been there what did you think of it?

Vegas would not be for you. But someday you should visit the Grand Canyon which isn't that far from Las Vegas.

I never visited las Vegas as never visited US but hear from many peoples that its a beautiful and hope one day i will visit there.

@JohnRoberts Oh yes been to AC while in the service.At that time it was fun.I did not gamble.
But loved it.The boardwalk etc.

I am sure inside they have air conditioning but if you do not want to visit there I understand. Is it hot where you live? Do you have air conditioning or fans so you do not have to be outside in the heat?

Does it count that when my parents were moving us across the country, when my Dad's time in the Navy was done, we drove through there? I was six months old so I have no memories but some old black and white photographs. I would like visit to some parts of Nevada but Las Vegas isn't a bucket list priority for me.

I have not been there but once I won a trip and had a choice to go there or Lake Tahoe. I chose Tahoe as I love scenery and was not much for the city.

We went to Las Vegas in August one year, it was very very hot!!! I enjoyed myself and would not mind going back.

Vegas is a life force.
The first time I went, I was in meetings all day. By the time the meetings were over, I was exhausted.
The second time I went, I had a lot of free time!
