@digiguru Think about it. If you own any possessions, if you have any faith or belief, you are bound in some way by those possessions or by the tenets of your religion. Only when you have lost everything can you truly be free.

Freedom for me is being able to worship God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. As far as secular, freedom is being free of restraint. To me, you have to earn freedom. If you do things that don't go along with the crowd. You will not have freedom, the crowd will be trying to choose for you. If you do things that don't go along with the law of the land you will be trying to get away from the law and although you may not be get caught you will not be free until you pay up for the law you broke. You pay up by paying the ticket or turn yourself in or getting caught and going to court and maybe jail. So although you thought you were free to do whatever you wanted, you are forced to do what authorities say. So there is only freedom if you stay within the dimensions others have chosen. And so, there really is no freedom at all.

If you think about it, animals in the wild, are free, they have their will to survive, they need to eat and cooperate with each other. They decide to cooperate because they have easier life that way. If we, human, understand that every thing that we do, it has consequences, and that we are all depend on each other, we will have our will to help each other, and not act like "it is all about me". That will be the freedom.

Freedom is the right of a person to choose to do the wrong thing. The second one does the wrong thing then they lose their freedom but it is their choice.

@digiguru No, when they do something wrong they are choosing to give up their freedom because they damaged someone's else freedom.

I think that freedom is when we are all friends. We then think for everyone's benefit, we enjoy doing so. We don't suffer from our actions. We all live in happiness and harmony.

I think the definition of absolute freedom is the ability to decide for myself what I want and what to choose, wherever I want and when I want for the better or worse.
