These fruits are my favorites!
The deep reddish-purple colored is called Mangosteen and and the pale yellow is called Lanzones.
I'm so glad to my colleague who brought 2 huge cellophanes containing these fruits for all of us in our division to eat and its free. Really thankful for his generosity

In a tropical area. There's a lot of it growing in the Philippines. This month is its season. mangosteen is sweet. Lanzones is sometimes sweet and sometimes sour, depennds on the variety.

Maybe you need to nourish it more for it to produce fruits.

You'll know it's sweet if there are black ants on Lanzones.
