Worst week ever

I’m so happy it’s Saturday! I had gotten some news at the beginning of the week that my brother’s cancer is back he’s 36. So the rest off the week is a blur. I was off of work on Thursday and when I went back yesterday everything was a mess.. So let me start by saying I am a sales Rep and I had forgotten to take care of some things and customers weren’t happy. So I spent my entire day between speaking with my boss and making many phone calls apologizing like crazy so they didn’t pull their business thanks to the huge fog I was in. However on a good note I ended by week with a 45,000 dollar job and made my boss happy! How was y’alls week??

I am having a week like yours. I have a brother whose cancer came back after beating it five years ago. I don't think that things are going well. That is all I can think about.

@Dd120348 He beat it five years ago by massive rounds of chemo and radiation, never much fun. Now it came back with a vengeance. He needs more surgery and probably more painful treatments. I try to be positive but it is not looking good. Your brother is younger and probably in a better state to fight it and win. Please be positive with yourself and with him.

I am glad you were able to get some profit from your week. Some weeks are just really hard. I'm sorry about your brother. He is young so maybe he can fight it off again.
