Eliminating the consumptive attitude

The last few months I spent a lot of money to shop online. Sometimes the things I buy are not very useful. This is only because of an offer given by an online store. I shouldn't be consumptive and wasteful. How do you get rid of the consumptive attitude?

Don’t look at those online shops. If you have an app delete it.

I only shop for things I need or if something is a really good deal.
