Yup. It is just a small quarter-sized area if that but it looks just like the rash my ex-husband has and it is pretty painful to the touch. I will be fine and won't need the doctor as long as it doesn't spread. I have to ask my ex how long it took to fully develop the rash the next time I speak to him or text him.
I also need to find out from my sister if her young children have been vaccinated against chicken pox yet. I don't want to be around them and possibly spread the virus if they have not been vaxxed.

Oh My God! Please just cut him off, let him call you or text, don`t make this an excuse to prolong your pain of moving on.

You need to be quarantined to Cozumel immediately!

You probably got them from your ex-husband as they are very contagious. I´d go to the doctor even if it is a little bit. And I understand that Coral will visit you. Tell her what you have so that she takes her measures.It can be very dangerous for a person with cancer.

Goodness, I'm sorry! I was really hoping you wouldn't get it.

You need to see your doctor right away and catch it early. With treatment, it shouldn't get as bad as it might without it.

Well that's not good. Let's hope it doesn't spread. If it doesn't that may be a rare event.
Did you have chicken pox when you were young? I got the shingles vaccine a few years ago and it's supposed to be good for life.
I was going to as if your a he or she but you answered that for me. Now I just need to remember.

@NJChicaa were they light outbreaks?
My sister had shingles a few years ago but she lives in Detroit so none of us here caught it from her.
