My aunt Luisa, who lives in San Fernando, is dying. She has lung cancer in terminal stage and is 93 years old. I wanted very much to go and say good bye to her before my departure to Aruba. Yesterday, I talked with him saying that I was through with all my doctors and that I wanted to go. He said no way. I have been thinking about her for weeks and was very sorry that I would not be able to see her again. So today, I made a bold move and called my beautician cousin who has lived with her for decades. As she is the main caregiver of my aunt I asked her if I could go. And she said yes. Though luck for my cousin Carlos. Women are the new force of the world I am sure that I will be able to help Juanita and even if my aunt is asleep, I can read a book sitting on a chair near her bed. All my nearest loved ones have died surrounded by family and love. I like that. I will go there at least for a day. I´m going during Wednesday.
