If it’s Simply Sentimental…

I have kept many “things” because they have some sentimental value. I am thinking that it might be time to purchase a camera, take pictures of the items and give them away. They will never mean as much to them or anyone I could leave them with. I think it’s probably time. I guess I will have to begin the search for a camera that is simple to operate and not outrageously priced. A whole new project.

I have a tiny play stove my Grandad made. No one will ever play with it again, I love it. Odd the things that touch our hearts.

@Ghosthere2 It is working for me, there are objects that I have sold, but at least I have the photos.

That is a good idea to have pictures of items that have sentimental value before you give them away.

I am getting rid of half of what I own this year. Sell the stuff, it will go to someone who wants it and you will get money.

Selling wouldn't work for me, but I would donate some if they wanted it.

That's a good idea to take pictures before you donate the items. Then you can still keep the memory.
