What a bad day today

I went to church despite weather so bad.Because the cathedral is near home, so I decided to ride on a public vehicle. It reached me to the place 10 minutes. Then somebody entered the vehicle a man in his late 60's. By the way, I covered my nose with my hanker while riding , then I noticed the commotion of the passengers especially the ladies. It seemed somebody entered the vehicle with an unpleasant odor. They covered their noses. I was so intrigued for there were 5 lady passengers who alighted from the vehicle, so I uncovered my nose to know how bad the odor was, my God, I liked to vomit instantly. The man had spread his body with an efficascent oil somewhat like that. Then the man moved towards me, what a big shhhittt. Despite I covered my face with a big hanker, but the smell of his spreads like a wild fire in California. My head ached terribly. I was thankful I had with me body spray to change the stimulus.
Since the mass was about to finish so I left my seat to move forward to the door only to meet another disaster. A man blocked me through his bad odor, he hold with him brown color coconut oil ( langis) almost seasoned in years and his head so shiny perhaps anointed with that coconut oil..
When I arrived home, I felt so weak of those unpleasant odors and my head ached terribly. It was the first time to encounter such kind of disaster. It was so disgusting experience this day.
If you were me, what will be your reaction? That man should not leave his home if felt bad because not all can embrace the odor he spread on his body.

@LadyDuck, superb odor. That man lacks common sense and good manners. Early morning, where on Earth having an odor so deadly. There are many oldies here and they have good smell. I understand, that man did not feel well, he should have not left his home. His wife and children too should have advised him not to go to avoid the disastrous odor passengers may smell. They are all morons.

@JohnRoberts, I was not feeling okay. The man ignored the commotions of the passengers. He should have not left his home. Until this time, my energy declines. I might drink coffee after some minutes Mylotting here. I pity those ladies who alighted and preferred to walk thank continue smelling the killer odor. That was indeed gross. I better drive my car, but it is so near. This is my lesson. Thanks for sharing your feeling.

@1hopefulman, when the man moved closer to me, I felt helpless because my concentration was how to escape his odor. Then after 7 seconds I alighted from the vehicle and the church is nearest. I better walk next time. Sorry for the late reply. Just arrived home from school. Thanks.

@Bullshark yeah, I should have slighted right away. I shouldn't have waited for the chance the man to move towards nearer me. That man lacks commonsense.

I certainly, would cover my nose. But if it is so strong and unbearable, i would alight the jeepney.
What could be that oil or ointment the first old man had.
I always have my White flower on my temples rubbed with it when I have a headache.
How do you find the smellof white flower?

What an unpleasant experience. Now I get were the word deodorant comes from -de-odor-ant.
I would probably say nothing or talk with a couple of people and ask them quietly if we can talk to the smelly man. So at least next time he will get a shower.
There was an Ethiopian woman at the bus, she had a smell of spices ( they have spicy food and some people don't like it). Someone came and started to talk about her smell, how horrible it was, and talked racist things about Ethiopians...it was on the news.
The racist apologized, but, who can believe her...she showed.
I have a friend who doesn't shower a lot, and he has a strong smell of sweat. My dad once gave him a ride and regretted because of the car seat...
I told my friend in personal, what happened, and he understood.

@stringer321, so many disastrous instances regarding body odor that puts people to a dismal situation. Sometimes if not a body odor disaster , it's bad breath disaster

Aww I also encountered one inside the church this morning. She had bad breath aw And she still sings... My gosh... I just stood beside her because there were no more vacant seats.
And I didn't know where the smell was coming from at first. But when she started singing.. Whoa! I wanna faint... LOL

Good thing it seemed you were already on your way home after mass when you met the "disaster". If you were yet to attend mass, I'm sure other mass-goers would be moving away from you because the smell of the efficascent oil would have stuck on you hahaha!

@Starkinds, yes my dear, that smell was so deadly. It took me many hours to overthrow that bad smell. Thankfully, I went to beach to wash away the bad odor that stuck to my nose and brain by swimming.

@rsa101,yes true, seems like killing the commuters .We can all sense our body odor, that man just ignored the commotions of the passengers pretending it was not he when obviously all eyes on him . I pity that man in his mid 60's. His wife or children should have advised him not to leave home for his odor is so unpleasant. It gives smell shock to the passengers

That's one of the disasters riding a public vehicle; it was good you have your hankies to cover your nose; next time bring a gas mask!
