Sis and nephew showed up on time, and my son and friend came down too. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, not a place I would have chosen, although I like it, it is a huge calorie blow out. That was good, and then we walked all through the mall, about a mile in each direction..Sis and nephew had been to Ikea previously in the same location and got some shelving units for him. I finally got my watch battery replaced..had been trying to get that done forever, no place around here to really do it..Anyway, it would have been nice if sis had come down here for a day, but this is pretty far away from where she was..and it is easier for her to jump on I 70 to get home from Steven's place..so anyway, it was pretty good. Did you have a good day?

Not sure how they make theirs. They have dozens of flavors though.

It was delicous..just none of us needed the calories, except perhaps friend and nephew..who of course didn't eat a great deal.
